.SYNOPSIS FOR CALIFORNIA WATERS...A high pressure ridge across
the northern waters will gradually shift S and weaken tonight. A
cold front will approach the NW portions tonight, move S into the
northern waters later tonight, and across across the central
waters late Wed and Wed night. The front will dissipate as it
crosses the S waters Thu and Thu night. A low pressure trough
will develop along the coast Thu and Thu night, and persist
through Sun night. High pressure will build NW of the waters Fri
and Fri night, and persist NW of the area Sat through Sun night.
