.SYNOPSIS FOR CALIFORNIA WATERS...High pressure centered W of the
northern waters will gradually shift S and weaken today and
tonight. A cold front will approach the NW portions late today,
move S into the northern waters tonight, and then will dissipate
across the central waters late Wed. A low pressure trough will
develop along the coast late Wed into Wed night, and persist
through Sat night while high pressure builds E toward the
northern and central waters.
