.SYNOPSIS FOR CALIFORNIA WATERS...A weak cold front extending WSW
from Northern California across the waters will continue moving S
today while dissipating. A coastal surface trough will develop
along the central and northern California coast today and persist
through Mon night before weakening. High pressure centered far W
of the northern waters will spread E Mon and Mon night, then
gradually shift S and weaken Tue and Tue night. Another cold
front will approach NW portions late Tue, move S into the
northern waters Tue night, and then the central waters Wed before
dissipating Wed night. The coastal trough will reform late Wed
into Wed night and persist through Thu night.
