Individual waves may be more than twice the significant wave height. .SYNOPSIS FOR CALIFORNIA WATERS...A cold front across the N waters will dissipate over the central waters tonight into early Sun. A coastal surface trough will then develop along the central and northern California coast Sun and persist through early Tue before weakening. High pressure centered far W of the northern waters will spread E Mon and Mon night, then gradually shift S and weaken Tue and Tue night. Another cold front will approach NW portions late Tue, move S into the northern waters Tue night, and then the central waters Wed before dissipating Wed night.
