.DISCUSSION...Hot and dry conditions will persist through the
period with low (upper teens to mid 20%) daytime RHs along the mod
to low elevations and moderate RHs along the higher terrains.
Overnight RH recoveries will be moderate along the mid to low
elevations (40-60%). Winds will be thermally driven today
increasing winds through the Cascade Gaps and elsewhere will
remain diurnally driven. Even though fire weather conditions are
not critical, with the constant dry and warm conditions, fire
weather is elevated and will remain as such through the period.
