            Wildfire in an area with brush and trees
            (including native Torrey Pines) began around
            215 PM and reached 15 acres. Evacuation
            orders were issued for a part of Del Mar and
            a part of the Del Mar Heights section of the
            city of San Diego. 215 PM temperature was 71
            with a relative humidity of 86% and an ENE
            wind 8 MPH gusting to 11 MPH.
