.DISCUSSION...An area of low pressure progresses across the area today, bringing
increased moisture over the burn site. As such, will see
afternoon relative humidity on the rise, but still remaining quite
dry. Additionally, there is a low chance for showers and an
isolated thunderstorm to develop over the fire after 1100. Any
showers moving over the area will produce very little
precipitation, and may bring more of a threat for gusty and
erratic outflow winds.

Conditions dry out once again heading into Saturday as a storm
system begins to slowly approach Utah. Ahead of the storm system,
winds will become stronger out of the southwest and will create
near-critical fire weather conditions over the burn site on
Saturday, and critical fire weather conditions by Sunday. Wind
gusts will peak around 25-30 mph for exposed areas on Saturday,
and will increase to around 30-35 mph on Sunday, and 40-45 mph on
Monday alongside humidity in the mid-teens. Additionally, elevated
winds during the overnight hours will prevent good humidity
recoveries.
