showers primarily in Ottawa county in Oklahoma and Carroll and
Benton counties in Arkansas. Movement was to the east at around 10
mph. The average amount where it rained last hour was less than one
tenth of an inch with maximum amounts of one tenth to one quarter of
an inch. Intensity increased during the last hour. The Tulsa area
forecast for late tonight and early this morning, cloudy, a chance
of showers and a slight chance of thunderstorms with temperatures 64
to 67 degrees and north winds up to 5 mph shifting to the east.
