showers generally east of highway 69 in Oklahoma and in northwest
Arkansas. Showers were heaviest in Sequoyah county in Oklahoma and
Sebastian and Crawford counties in Arkansas. The precipitation was
in the Fort Smith area. Movement was to the southeast at around 25
mph. The average amount where it rained last hour was around one
tenth of an inch with maximum amounts of one half to three quarters
of an inch. Coverage and intensity decreased during the last hour.
The Tulsa area forecast for early this morning, mostly cloudy,
temperatures 67 to 70 degrees with north winds up to 10 mph.
