TUESDAY AND WEDNESDAY...Thunderstorm Potential...Dangerous Heat Potential. EXTENDED DISCUSSION... High pressure aloft will bring increasing heat and humidity back to the region for the weekend and into early next week. Widespread triple digit heat indices are expected, with potential for heat stress impacts. Heat headlines will likely be needed. As the upper level high pressure shifts west of the region, thunderstorm chances will increase, especially toward the middle of next week.
