Central Centre County in central Pennsylvania... East central Clearfield County in central Pennsylvania... South central Clinton County in north central Pennsylvania... * Until 715 PM EDT. * At 632 PM EDT, a severe thunderstorm was located over Black Moshannon State Park, moving east at 40 mph. HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Expect damage to roofs, siding, and trees. * Locations impacted include... Bellefonte, Woodward, Pleasant Gap, Philipsburg, Lamar, Zion, Centre Hall, Milesburg, Millheim, Chester Hill, North Philipsburg, and Aaronsburg. Radar has indicated rotation within this severe thunderstorm. Although a tornado is not immediately likely, tornadoes can develop quickly during severe thunderstorms. For those driving on Interstate 80, this includes areas between the Kylertown and Lamar exits, specifically between mile markers 133 and 142, and from mile markers 153 to 168.
