* WHERE...Chatanika River Valley, Eielson AFB and Salcha, Fairbanks
  Metro Area, Goldstream Valley and Nenana Hills, Nenana, Tanana
  Flats, Two Rivers, and White Mountains and High Terrain South of
  the Yukon River.

* WHEN...Until 4 PM AKDT this afternoon.

* IMPACTS...Low visibility could make driving conditions hazardous.
  Air quality will be poor.
