...STRONG THUNDERSTORMS WILL IMPACT NORTHAMPTON COUNTY THROUGH 415 PM
EDT...

At 325 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms along
a line extending from 6 miles north of Cheriton to Cape Charles to 9
miles east of Grand View. Movement was east at 20 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down small trees and blow around
         unsecured objects. Wind impacting handling of high profile
         vehicles.

Strong thunderstorms will be near...
  Cape Charles, Cheriton, and Bay View around 330 PM EDT.

Other locations impacted by these storms include Capeville,
Birdsnest, Kiptopeke State Park, Eastville, Machipongo, Simpkins,
Townsend, Oyster, Cheapside, and Kiptopeke.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.
