A 989 mb low at 54N 155W loops to 53N 156W at 1003 mb for Tue
afternoon. Its front extends across the Southern Gulf and moves to
the North Gulf Coast through Tue afternoon. A weak ridge moves
into the Central Bering by Tue afternoon.
