...The Flood Warning is extended for the following rivers in
Wisconsin...Iowa...Minnesota...

  Mississippi River at McGregor affecting Grant, Crawford, Clayton
  and Allamakee Counties.

  Mississippi River at Winona affecting Trempealeau, Buffalo and
  Winona Counties.

  Mississippi River at Guttenberg Dam 10 affecting Clayton and
  Grant Counties.

...The Flood Warning continues for the following rivers in
Minnesota...Wisconsin...

  Mississippi River at La Crosse affecting La Crosse, Vernon and
  Houston Counties.

  Mississippi River at Wabasha affecting Buffalo and Wabasha
  Counties.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don`t drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

Motorists should not attempt to drive around barricades or drive
cars through flooded areas.

Caution is urged when walking near riverbanks.

* WHAT...Moderate flooding is forecast.

* WHERE...Mississippi River at McGregor.

* WHEN...From Monday afternoon until further notice.

* IMPACTS...At 19.6 feet, The road to the Prairie du Chien waste
  water treatment facility is flooded.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 8:45 PM CDT Sunday the stage was 15.4 feet.
  - Bankfull stage is 16.0 feet.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage
    early tomorrow afternoon and continue rising to a crest of
    19.8 feet early Saturday afternoon.
  - Flood stage is 16.0 feet.
  - Flood History...This crest compares to a previous crest of
    20.1 feet on 04/10/1986.

* WHEN...From Monday afternoon until further notice.

* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, Prairie Island Park begins to flood.
  Pumping operations are underway by the city of Winona, and dike
  patrols are started.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 8:45 PM CDT Sunday the stage was 12.7 feet.
  - Bankfull stage is 13.0 feet.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage
    early tomorrow afternoon and continue rising to 14.5 feet
    Sunday, June 30. Additional rises are possible thereafter.
  - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.
  - Flood History...This crest compares to a previous crest of
    14.5 feet on 03/12/1983.

    ending at 9:15 PM CDT Sunday was 12.1 feet.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.1
    feet Wednesday evening.
  - Flood stage is 12.0 feet.
  - Flood History...This crest compares to a previous crest of
    13.1 feet on 03/12/1983.

  - Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours
    ending at 9:15 PM CDT Sunday was 12.8 feet.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to 13.7 feet Sunday,
    June 30. Additional rises are possible thereafter.
  - Flood stage is 12.0 feet.
  - Flood History...This crest compares to a previous crest of
    13.6 feet on 09/27/1986.
