Minnesota...Wisconsin...

  Mississippi River at Wabasha affecting Wabasha and Buffalo
  Counties.

  Mississippi River at Winona affecting Winona, Trempealeau and
  Buffalo Counties.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Motorists should not attempt to drive around barricades or drive
cars through flooded areas.

Turn around, don`t drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

* IMPACTS...At 14.0 feet, Wisconsin Highway 35 between Maiden Rock
  and Stockholm may experience flooding.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 11:15 AM CDT Saturday the stage was 12.3 feet.
  - Bankfull stage is 12.0 feet.
  - Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours
    ending at 11:15 AM CDT Saturday was 12.3 feet.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to fall to 13.8 feet
    Saturday, June 29.
  - Flood stage is 12.0 feet.

  - Bankfull stage is 13.0 feet.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage
    tomorrow morning and continue rising to a crest of 14.9 feet
    Tuesday morning.
