.DISCUSSION...

Dry weather persist into Friday morning, then scattered showers
and thunderstorms for Friday afternoon and evening. Some storms
may contain heavy downpours, strong winds and frequent lightning.
Southwest winds 10 to 20 mph with gusts up to 25 mph at times
across southeast Massachusetts, including Cape Cod.

Saturday, other than a few lingering morning showers, it`s a
mainly dry day, with north winds 10 to 20 mph.

Minimum relative humidity Friday will be between 50-60 percent,
except 65 to 75 percent along the south coast. Saturday afternoon
minimum RH will range from 30 to 40 percent across CT into
western- central MA, 45 to 55 percent over RI and much of eastern
MA, with 60- 70 percent across Cape Cod and the Islands.

.OUTLOOK...Sunday through Tuesday...

Mainly dry weather prevails this weekend into Monday, as high
pressure builds across New England. Light and variable Sunday,
followed by southwest winds Monday and Tuesday.
