.SYNOPSIS...Favorable marine conditions, outside of any scattered
showers and isolated thunderstorms, will continue along the Lower
Texas Coast through Tuesday, courtesy of surface high pressure
over the western Gulf of Mexico. Swells from an expected tropical
cyclone in the eastern Gulf will make for adverse to hazardous
conditions for small craft Wednesday night into Friday. Otherwise,
light onshore flow should prevail and drier air will end rain
chances at the same time.
