Rio Grande out 60 NM.

Seas are provided as a range of the average height of the highest
1/3 of the waves, along with the occasional height of the average
highest 10 percent of the waves.

.SYNOPSIS...Observations from buoy 42020 remain below small craft
advisory conditions this morning likely due to the weak and small
circulation of the tropical disturbance north of Tampico, Mexico.
Locally seas to remain marginally elevated today and lower tonight
as the disturbance moves inland and dissipates. High pressure
settles over the northern Gulf of Mexico Monday and all of next
week providing light to moderate onshore winds and moderate to
slight seas.
