.SYNOPSIS...The Tropical Storm Warning has been replaced with a
Small Craft Advisory as conditions have begun to improve along the
Lower Texas Coast. Mariners can still expect high seas and strong
winds today, with more favorable conditions forecast to return
this weekend.
