SOUTHEASTERN ADDISON...NORTHERN RUTLAND AND NORTHWESTERN WINDSOR COUNTIES THROUGH 245 PM EDT... At 212 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm over Rochester, moving east at 25 mph. HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph and pea size hail. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is possible. Locations impacted include... Braintree Hill, Hancock, Bethel, Randolph, Rochester, Braintree, Granville, Goshen, Barnard, Pittsfield, Ripton, Stockbridge, Royalton, Tunbridge, Chittenden, East Randolph, Randolph Center, East Bethel, West Bethel, and South Randolph.
