...STRONG THUNDERSTORMS WILL IMPACT CUSTER...NORTHWESTERN POWDER
RIVER AND NORTHERN ROSEBUD COUNTIES THROUGH 145 AM MDT...

At 105 AM MDT, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms along
a line extending from 15 miles southeast of Hillside to 18 miles
southwest of Miles City to 8 miles east of Colstrip. Movement was
east at 50 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph and half inch hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is
         possible.

Locations impacted include...
Miles City, Volborg, Rosebud, Angela, Cartersville, Strawberry Hill
Recreation Area, Matthews Recreation Area, Hathaway, Twelve Mile Dam,
Brandenberg, Garland, Moon Creek Ranch, and Mizpah.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.

Torrential rainfall is also occurring with these storms and may lead
to localized flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded
roadways.
