FINNEY...NESS...HODGEMAN...TREGO...MEADE...EASTERN LANE...EASTERN
GRAY...WESTERN CLARK AND NORTHWESTERN ELLIS COUNTIES THROUGH 1045 PM
CDT...

At 1004 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms along
a line extending from near Voda to 8 miles north of Forgan. Movement
was east at 30 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects.

Strong thunderstorms will be near...
  Wakeeney, Meade, Ensign, Howell, Meade State Park, Arnold, Trego
  Center, and The Haggard Elev around 1010 PM CDT.
  Ransom around 1015 PM CDT.
  Ness City and Fowler around 1020 PM CDT.

Other locations in the path of these storms include Dodge City,
Ogallah, Jetmore and Cedar Bluff.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.

Frequent cloud to ground lightning is occurring with these storms.
Lightning can strike 10 miles away from a thunderstorm. Seek a safe
shelter inside a building or vehicle.
