...STRONG THUNDERSTORMS OVER THE WATERS...

The areas affected include...
  Harbor Beach to Port Sanilac MI...
  Lake Huron from Harbor Beach to Port Sanilac 5NM Off Shore to
  US/Canadian border...

At 130 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated strong thunderstorms, capable
of producing winds up to 30 knots and small hail. These thunderstorms
were located along a line extending from 11 nm southeast of Harbor
Beach to near Port Sanilac, moving east at 20 knots.

Strong thunderstorms will remain over mainly open waters.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Mariners can expect gusty winds up to 30 knots, locally higher waves,
and lightning strikes. Boaters should seek safe harbor immediately
until these storms pass.
