At 102 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated a strong thunderstorm, capable
of producing winds up to 30 knots. This thunderstorm was located 9 nm
northwest of Port Sanilac, moving east at 25 knots.

The strong thunderstorm will be near...
  Richmondville around 110 PM EDT.
  Port Sanilac around 115 PM EDT.

Other locations impacted by the strong thunderstorm include White
Rock and Richmondville.
