...FLOOD WATCH NOW IN EFFECT FROM TUESDAY EVENING TO THURSDAY
AFTERNOON...

* WHAT...Flooding is possible.

* WHERE...Cedar River at Vinton.

* WHEN...From Tuesday evening to Thursday afternoon.

* IMPACTS...At 8.5 feet, Flow may begin into the overflow channel
  north of the main channel on Highway 150.
  At 15.0 feet, Minor Flood Stage. Agricultural and low land
  flooding is ongoing. Water affects much of 22nd Avenue Road
  northwest of Vinton.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 9:15 PM CDT Saturday the stage was 8.1 feet.
  - Forecast...Flood stage may be reached late Tuesday evening.
  - Flood stage is 15.0 feet.
