.SYNOPSIS FOR NORTHERN CALIFORNIA WATERS...Winds and seas are
trending down in the northern waters but will return to small
craft conditions Sunday morning for both inner and outer waters.
Winds have begun to subside for a brief period in the southern
inner and outer waters before returning to gale force today around
midday. Coverage of these strong, gusty winds will be focused
south of Cape Mendocino from this afternoon until Sunday morning.
