.SYNOPSIS FOR NORTHERN CALIFORNIA WATERS...Northerlies will
continue to ease through today; however, moderate to locally
fresh northwesterlies will persist over the outer waters. This
afternoon fresh to locally strong northerlies are expected south
of Cape Mendocino before fresh breezes spread across the outer
waters by early Thursday in the wake of a weak shortwave.
Nearshore, light to gentle breezes are expected to continue. Steep
short period seas will continue to promote hazardous conditions
for small craft primarily in the outer zones for the rest of the
week.
