.SYNOPSIS FOR NORTHERN CALIFORNIA WATERS...Strong northerly winds
will continue to build through the day. Gusts of 40 kts in the
northern outer waters are expected to continue, creating steep
chaotic seas up to 14 feet. Steep waves will propagate into the
inner waters Friday evening, mostly in the northern inners. Strong
northerly winds will persist through the weekend, then
significantly weaken early next week.
