.SYNOPSIS FOR NORTHERN CALIFORNIA WATERS...Calm conditions this
morning will degrade this afternoon as moderate to strong
northerly winds build through Thursday. Gusts on Thursday
forecasted up to 35 kts focused in the northern outer waters with
steep chaotic seas up to 10 feet. Steep waves over 6 feet will
gradually bleed into the inner waters later in the week, mostly
around Cape Mendocino. These strong winds will persist into the
weekend.
