  to 9 AM PDT Saturday. For the Small Craft Advisory, until 9 PM
  PDT this evening.

* IMPACTS...Very steep and hazardous seas could capsize or cause
  damage to vessels.

Recreational boaters should remain in port. Commercial vessels
