...A strong thunderstorm will impact portions of southwestern
Paulding, central Haralson, central Carroll and western Douglas
Counties through 115 PM EDT...

At 1223 PM EDT, National Weather Service doppler radar indicated a
strong thunderstorm near Mount Zion, or 10 miles northwest of
Carrollton, moving northeast at 25 mph.

HAZARD...40 to 50 mph wind and increased chance of a brief tornado.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...While winds should result in minor damage to tree limbs and
         blowing around of light, unsecured objects, this storm has
         also exhibited localized rotation. A brief tornado could
         quickly form.

Locations impacted include...
Carrollton, Buchanan, Villa Rica, Bremen, Temple, Tallapoosa, Bowdon,
Mount Zion, Waco, Yorkville, Bowdon Junction, Fairplay, Abilene,
Draketown, Winston, Lake Val-Do-Mar, John Tanner State Park, Treasure
Lake, and New Georgia.
