As a result, widespread shower and thunderstorm activity is expected with storms being capable of producing frequent lightning, heavy rain, gusty winds, and hail. Dewpoints will reach the 40s to 50s today before climbing into the low 60s on Thursday. Storm coverage decreases on Friday but more-so on Saturday as weak ridging builds overhead.
