This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for northeast Georgia, piedmont
North Carolina, western North Carolina and upstate South Carolina.

.DAY ONE...Tonight.

Hazardous weather is not expected at this time.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Monday through Saturday.

Hot and humid conditions are expected Wednesday through Saturday,
with high temperatures climbing into the lower to middle 90s.
Maximum heat index values of 100 to 104 degrees are possible each
afternoon, primarily along the I-77 corridor and the Upper Savannah
River Valley. These hot and humid conditions will present an
increased risk of heat-related illness for those who are sensitive
to heat and to those without access to air conditioning. Avoid
spending extended time outdoors during the hottest part of the day.

This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for northeast Georgia and western
North Carolina.

.DAY ONE...Tonight.

Isolated showers and isolated storms will enter the North Carolina
mountains from the northwest through midnight. The main threats will
be gusty winds and cloud-to-ground lightning. A few damaging wind
gusts from the strongest storms are unlikely, but cannot be ruled
out.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Monday through Saturday.

No hazardous weather is expected at this time.
