.Synopsis For High Island to the Matagorda Ship Channel Out 60 NM
including Galveston and Matagorda Bays.

Moderate northeast winds will continue overnight in the wake of
the band of storms that passed though earlier in the evening.
Another disturbance is expected to move up the coast from the
southwest in the mid morning and early afternoon hours Friday and
provide another chance of showers and thunderstorms. Any stronger
cells with this activity will probably be in the Gulf waters
rather than the bays. Light offshore winds should transition back
to the southeast this weekend.
