A Marine Weather Statement has been issued for the following areas...

  NM...
  Waters from Fernandina Beach to St. Augustine FL from 20 to 60
  NM...

At 955 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated an area of thunderstorms,
capable of producing winds to around 30 knots. These thunderstorms
were located along a line extending from 29 nm east of Talbot Island
to 18 nm east of Palm Valley, moving east at 10 knots.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Mariners can expect gusty winds to around 30 knots, locally higher
waves, and lightning strikes. Boaters should seek safe harbor
immediately until these storms pass.

Frequent lightning is occurring with these storms. If caught on the
open water stay below deck if possible, keep away from ungrounded
metal objects.
