...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL IMPACT NORTH CENTRAL MORGAN AND
SOUTHEASTERN ROWAN COUNTIES THROUGH 745 PM EDT...

At 732 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm over
Leisure, or 8 miles north of West Liberty, moving northwest at 5 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph and pea size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is
         possible.

Locations impacted include...
Craney, Pelfrey, Hamm, Blairs Mills, Leisure, and Blaze.
