...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL IMPACT CENTRAL FLOYD COUNTY THROUGH 800
PM EDT...

At 734 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm over
Wayland, or 13 miles northeast of Hindman, moving northeast at 10
mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph and half inch hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is
         possible.

Locations impacted include...
Estill, Martin, Wayland, East McDowell, Hunter, Hueysville, Harold,
Glo, Printer, Langley, Aluba, McDowell, Dana, Betsy Layne,
Alphoretta, Honaker, Minnie, Porter Junction, Drift, and Blue Moon.

THIS INCLUDES THE FOLLOWING HIGHWAYS...
 Kentucky Highway 80 in Floyd County between mile markers 2 and 10.
 U.S. Highway 23 in Floyd County between mile markers 1 and 2.

Frequent cloud to ground lightning is occurring with this storm.
