Through 430 pm, isolated showers and occasionally thunderstorms will move east to southeastward near 10 knots with most of the activity over the marine area. Occasionally, a shower or thunderstorm may try to form or move across the Island Chain. The stronger activity will produce a few lightning strikes, wind gusts of 25 knots, and blinding downpours. Island locations may receive additional rainfall of a quarter inch to as much as three quarters of an inch. $$ MJV
