Through 9pm, isolated showers and potential thunderstorm will wax
and wane as they move across the Florida Bay and Gulf waters
adjacent to the Florida Keys. This activity is moving to the
southwest at near 10 knots and will be capable of blinding downpours
with visibility reductions to 1 nm, bouts of lightning, and wind
gusts near 25 knots. Island communities in the Middle and Lower Keys
could see a half to one inch of rainfall accumulations, especially
Big Pine Key to Cudjoe Key.
