Through 900 am, patches of stratiform rain will continue to move across the Florida Keys and their adjacent waters. While most rainfall will be light and spread out, lingering thunderstorms are present in the outer Florida Straits south of Wood`s Wall and moving east at near 15 knots. Mariners encountering these showers can expect occasional lighting strikes, moderate to heavy downpours reducing visibility, and localized gusts near 25 knots. Additional rainfall amounts of up to a tenth of an inch are possible along the Keys. $$ DP
