Through 700 am, isolated showers will wax and wane while moving northeast to east at 5 to 10 mph across parts of the Upper Keys, Middle Keys, their nearshore waters, and the eastern Florida Straits. Mariners may encounter wind gusts around 20 mph, reduced visibilities in moderate to heavy downpours, and a stray lightning strike.
