There is a fairly good chance that marine layer clouds will affect the burn site in the morning, but the near proximity of the moist layer will help to improve humidities overall. While min RH values of 35-40 percent are forecast for Monday afternoon, there is a 30 percent chance of they will be closer to 45 percent. Light winds at ignition time will increase some from the southwest to west in the afternoon. .MONDAY... Sky/weather.........Sunny (15-25 percent). 40-50% chance of morning low clouds and fog. Max temperature.....69-72 at 0930. Max 78-82. Min humidity........55 percent at 0930. Min 35-40 percent.
