Through 7pm... Rain showers have begun to develop across the far
southeastern Texas Panhandle and northern Rolling Plains. These
showers are expected to last only an hour or two before
dissipating. The stronger storms will be capable of producing
lightning, wind gusts to 45 mph and a few hundredths of an inch of
precipitation.
