.SYNOPSIS FOR THE SOUTHERN OREGON COASTAL WATERS...A thermal
trough will persist through Tuesday morning. This will result in
strong northerly winds and steep seas at and south of Bandon.
Seas become less steep through the day on Tuesday and improved
conditions will continue through Thursday night. A fresh swell and
strong winds will lead steep to very steep seas Friday through
Saturday.
