progressively more unsettled as Hurricane Helene lifts across
the eastern Gulf of Mexico and into the southeastern CONUS. Winds
peak with gusts of 25-33 kt Friday, highest for coastal waters
south of Cape Lookout. Seas will remain elevated into the
weekend.
