Recent rains & related elevated soil moisture will allow for efficient relative humidity recoveries both tonight and Wednesday night across southern Wisconsin. Expect readings to climb to between 85 and 95 percent during each overnight period. A largely rain-free forecast prevails through Wednesday night, though an isolated shower or thunderstorm can`t be entirely ruled out near the state line through the first half of this evening. Any activity will be isolated in nature, with rainfall totals remaining below a tenth of an inch. Northerly winds will bring a cooler & drier air mass to the region tomorrow, allowing minimum relative humidities to fall into the low to mid 50 percents during the afternoon hours.
