Synopsis for Flagler Beach to Jupiter Inlet out to 60 nm

.SYNOPSIS...Hurricane Helene is forecast to lift north into the
eastern Gulf of Mexico today. This system will strengthen further
to a Major Hurricane and accelerate north northeast toward the
Florida Big Bend Thursday and bring tropical storm conditions to
the local adjacent Atlantic waters. As Helene pulls away Friday, a
prolonged period of offshore flow is forecast late week into the
weekend with gradually subsiding seas.

.GULF STREAM HAZARDS...Southeast winds increasing 20 to 25 knots
and seas building 6 to 7 feet.

The approximate location of the west wall of the Gulf Stream
based on the Real Time Ocean Forecast System as of Wednesday,
September 25th.
