THIS HAZARDOUS WEATHER OUTLOOK IS FOR EAST CENTRAL FLORIDA.

.DAY ONE...TONIGHT.

.THUNDERSTORM IMPACT...
Isolated lightning storms remain possible over the interior late
this evening, and across the Atlantic waters tonight.

.EXCESSIVE RAINFALL IMPACT...
Nearly stationary heavy showers and lightning storms along the sea
breeze collision could produce locally high rainfall amounts over
2 inches, leading to minor flooding of low-lying, poor drainage,
and urban areas.

.RIP CURRENT AND SURF IMPACT...
There is a Moderate Risk for dangerous rip currents at the
beaches. Entering the surf tonight is not advised.

.WIND AND SEA IMPACT...
Small craft should exercise caution across the Volusia Atlantic
waters for southerly winds up to 20 knots tonight.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...TUESDAY THROUGH SUNDAY.
Scattered to numerous showers and lightning storms are forecast
each day, mainly during the afternoon and early evening. The
primary threats will be cloud to ground lightning, gusty winds,
and heavy rain.

Hot and humid conditions will continue with a Moderate to Major
Heat Risk outlooked over east central Florida. It is recommended
to take frequent breaks out of the sun and drink plenty of water
during the hottest part of the days.
