.SYNOPSIS...A cold front over the S waters will stall and
dissipate tonight. High pressure near the northern portion will
persist into Mon, then move NE and E of the region Mon night
through Fri night while maintaining a ridge extending W across
the waters. A low pressure pressure system or low pressure
trough will pass over or just S of the S waters Thu night into
Fri night.
